Check out showbiz superstar couple Jay Z and Beyoncé flaunt their new lean bodies. The couple enjoy a trip to miami and undoubtably look smaller after there 22 day vegan challenge ! The couple took on a 22 vegan challenge suggested to Jay Z by trainer and friend gwenyth Paltrow. The rap star had previously been eating a vegan breakfast and decided to go full vegan. The question is , will the golden couple continue the vegan lifestyle or continue to there previous diets. Regardless of their decision the proof is in the vegan pudding, you loose weight when your vegan ! Check out the photos below of Jay Z and Beyoncé in miami

I am very very excited to show you all the upcoming sportswear range with Irish retailer Penneys. I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of some of the range before Christmas in the dundrum branch and i was genuinely blown away. Everyone likes to wear stylish and modern sportswear and also want functional pieces. Penneys sportswear range is offering you all of these qualities and more, with vibrant patterns and prints, modern styles and stunning imagery. The reality is nobody wants to spend a bomb on clothing especially so soon after Christmas, so this sportswear range is IDEAL. I am also very excited that my favourite sporty hairstyle 'The cornrow' features in their sporty day wear campaign and lookbook.
